Attention Homeowners and Residents

Roselle Park recently passed an ordinance approving a 5 year tax Abatement Program for residential properties to be eligible, you must be doing work on your home which would populate an assessment on your property and permits must be taken out for this work. The application for this 5 year abatement can be found on the Tax Assessor's portion of the forms page on the municipal website, the link below or obtained at the assessor's office in Borough Hall.

Applications must be received within thirty days of completion of the project and receipt of the certificate of approval or occupancy.
