Pursuant to the passage of Ordinance No. 2771, made effective March 14, 2024, the Roselle Park Board of Health was consolidated with the governing body of the Borough of Roselle Park pursuant to P.L. 2023, c. 205. Members of the governing body sit as the local Board of Health when deliberating on matters relative to the Health Code. These meetings are held separate and apart from the Regular or Special Meeting of the governing body. The Board shall exercise its powers in accordance with N.J.S.A. 26:3-31 et seq. and Title 8 of the New Jersey Administrative Code.

The Borough of Roselle Park is a member of the Westfield Regional Health Department through a long-standing Shared Services Agreement with the Town of Westfield.
