The Roselle Park Department of Code Enforcement, is tasked with the administrative and enforcement function of all laws, codes, and regulations, local, state, and otherwise, relating to the Uniform Construction Code (U.C.C.), zoning code, land use regulations, and property maintenance code of the Borough of Roselle Park. The Department can largely be categorized into four (4) distinct functions: Uniform Construction Code, Zoning, Property Maintenance, and Land Use.
