Mayor's Welcome
Dear Friend,
I would like to welcome you to the Roselle Park Web Page. In order to provide better services for residents and information for visitors to our community, we have re-designed this home page to promote our community and the many wonderful things we have to offer.
In 1998, the creation of the Roselle Park home page was particularly special since it was designed with 100% volunteer effort. With our high school computer club and local help, information about our schools, borough officials, businesses, public services and programs, and places of interest are available at your fingertips to anyone world wide. Thanks goes out to all the volunteers that made this home page possible. As technology advanced, so did our efforts to re-design and re-vamp our web site to meet the demands of the public and visitors alike. Visitors will note the small town feel that this metropolitan community has to offer. Most residents donate their time to numerous local volunteer organizations and take part in our exciting activities offered to children, families, and senior citizens. Residents enjoy the easy accessibility to mass transit from our local train and bus route to New York City and motor vehicle access to the Garden State Parkway. The Roselle Park business community includes the small "mom and pop" stores, to a wide variety of fast food and exquisite restaurants, small retail, professional establishment and light industry. Let's not forget our local multiplex movie theater with its top-of-the-line movies. We want the world to know that Roselle Park is a special place to live and do business. If you are interested in more information about the borough or would like to comment about our home page, feel free to email me at JDeiorio@aol.comand let me know what you think. As you proceed, sit back and enjoy a little taste of the Borough of Roselle Park!
Sincerely,
Mayor Joseph R. DeIorio
