At the first official meeting of the Diversity Committee. Michael Peterson was elected chair, Keith Heyman vice chair and Kim Powers secretary. The members asked to have the location of their first Diversity Day moved to the Casano Center so they don’t have to worry about the weather and so that they have access to a projector and screen should they be needed. With the location finalized, the committee will start putting the event together.
