Duties of the Registrar:

Issues Marriage Licenses, Death Certificates, Burial Permits, Domestic Partnerships, Certified Copies of Marriages, Births, Deaths and Domestic Partnerships
Records all marriages, deaths and births that take place in the Borough of Roselle Park

Duties of the Board Clerk:

Attend Board of Health meetings, records and transcribes minutes, records health complaints, advertises meetings, ordinances and resolutions. Issues Health Licenses to restaurants, delicatessens, food stores, milk licenses, pet shops, vending machines, transient merchants and schools. Also issues licenses for special events.
