The Roselle Park Municipal Land Use Board is the combined Planning Board and Zoning Board of the Borough of Roselle Park. The Board consists of nine (9) members and four (4) alternate members. The Board hears applications with respect to matters defined in Chapter 40 (“Land Use”) of the Municipal Code, and applicable, prevailing State law.

For informational purposes, public notices related to activities and pending applications before the Roselle Park Municipal Land Use Board are published in The Star-Ledger and/or The Union County Local Source. Regular Meetings of the Roselle Park Municipal Land Use Board are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Roselle Park Municipal Complex, unless otherwise announced.
