The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) serves as the municipal Business Administrator organized under Section 2-9 of the Code of the Borough of Roselle Park. The CAO is responsible with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the municipality under the direction and general polices of the governing body as a whole. The CAO is empowered to direct and coordinate processes of local government, manage personnel, implement and enforce policy, and make such recommendations for undertakings that further efficient and effective government administration.
