Position Requirements: Must be a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented professional. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to Word, and Excel are required. Experience in municipal government is high preferred. Experience with public entity payroll functions is highly preferred. Experience with Munidex software is a plus; bilingual a plus.

Hours: Full Time: 35 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with 1 hour lunch.

Salary and Benefits: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per annum. Health Benefits eligibility through the New Jersey State Health Benefits Plan; Pension eligibility with P.E.R.S; other benefits may apply.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for accounting and coordination of payroll, health benefits, pension, workers compensation, disability, cash books, and bank reconciliations. A successful candidate will also assist with tax and utility collections.
